The “Diet” Industry is Not Your Friend
The “fad diet” industry over the last 50 years has done a great job in brainwashing you to think on a linear and superficial level, where the only things you know are your weight and losing weight. Nothing at all about your health or fitness levels. The industry has also pushed the false narrative that you should “go on a diet” to lose weight. Complete nonsense!!!
I’m here to tell you to follow the science, not your weight loss. When you follow the truth (i.e. science), you can ignore everything else. And the simple truth is: you have to take complete control of your health and fitness.
If health and fitness are not part of your regular lifestyle today, there’s a very simple approach that will help you immediately make it an essential, daily component of your life. It involves a paradigm shift in your mind based on one core principle. You will learn that health and fitness have to be viewed as if they have morphed into an additional appendage on your body that you cannot live without any longer. It is completely false and misleading! You need to literally forget and pretend that your weight, in terms of a number, doesn’t even exist.
BODY FAT PERCENTAGE. That’s it, it’s that simple. That is the only number, the only indicator you need to know.
You should only address your health level in terms of your body fat percentage, not your actual weight. When you start focusing on reducing this percentage to its correct and healthy level, everything else automatically follows suit, including the number on the scale. This is easily achieved when you re-sculpt your body by INCREASING muscle mass and REDUCING body fat percentage. Your overall physical body realigns itself into its best and healthiest shape, on a permanent basis!
When this finally happens, you never have to worry about your “weight” ever again. It completely leaves your mind, psyche and your overall correct understanding of health and fitness. An added bonus is that body fat percentage is a smaller number than your actual weight, so it will be psychologically much easier to change the paradigm in your mind from weight as a number, to body fat as a number.
Again, follow the science, not your weight. So throw away your useless scale and invest in a precise body-fat digital scale. That alone will completely transform your permanent perspective of your health.

You will refer to your health and fitness in terms of: (1) your body fat level, (2) your nutrition, (3) your fitness routine and (4) your overall lifestyle of healthy living.
